The hotel is near the Baniyas metro station I found this a good location. Staff are friendly I especially thank Ms Moe. I didn't like the first room I got but the next day she showed me another room so we could change. I enjoyed the stay reception staff, Chaundi, Tanu and Minjit are friendly Housekeeping Rahim gave good room service. I enjoyed my stay
I found that we could not charge mobiles because the switches in the 2 rooms booked were not working. The lights in the room were bad the lamp did not work. The bathroom lacked things there were broken items the flash did not work properly. There was just 1 pillow for 1 person and it was bad

Moe at reception provided an early check-in. She gave me a friendly welcome. Praven and Hein from housekeeping also did excellent work. I noted their thorough attention. The hotel restaurant was affordable. The food was tasty.

The location was perfect though the parking was expensive. The hotel is near a metro station. Shops are nearby. I could easily visit the places I wanted to see because of the central location.
