the staff was very friendly, especially guest relations moe. she showed genuine care. the housekeeping team, particularly praveen, was helpful when i needed to change my room. moe's cute attitude.

good location friendly staff good room service broken things bad light missing items

The hotel is near the Baniyas metro station I found this a good location. Staff are friendly I especially thank Ms Moe. I didn't like the first room I got but the next day she showed me another room so we could change. I enjoyed the stay reception staff, Chaundi, Tanu and Minjit are friendly Housekeeping Rahim gave good room service. I enjoyed my stay

I found that we could not charge mobiles because the switches in the 2 rooms booked were not working. The lights in the room were bad the lamp did not work. The bathroom lacked things there were broken items the flash did not work properly. There was just 1 pillow for 1 person and it was bad

warm welcome really good service friendly staff tired room old furniture limited variety

the staff were so kind. moe, mibrak, and carolin greeted me warmly. moe's welcome felt special, like a tender embrace. she.!!

the room felt a bit tired. the walls needed fresh paint. some furniture seemed old. i missed having a wider variety at breakfast.

Excellent location and friendly staff!

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the warm welcome from Moe, Mibtak, Caroline, Tanu, and Chaundi. They were kind and helpful. The team's service was great!

The elevator was small. The hotel needs some maintenance.

The location was perfect though the parking was expensive. The hotel is near a metro station. Shops are nearby. I could easily visit the places I wanted to see because of the central location.
